Шлайфан бетон

Шлайфаният бетон е универсалната подова настилка за производствени помещения, складови, гаражи, търговкси центрове, логистични бази и др. Предимствата на този тип настилка са че не отделя прах и е лесна за поддържане.

Детайлът на шлайфаният бетон би изглеждала по-следния начин:

предварително подготвена основа(трошено каменна настилка или подложен бетон)
пароизолация
бетонова настилка мин. 8 см.
повърхностен втвърдител (взависимост от натоварването на настилката)
импрегниране на вече обработеният бетон
рязане и пастиране на конструктивни фуги за разширяването на бетоновата настилка през различните сезони

Обработката на прясно положения бетон става само от специализиран персонал чрез единични и двойни механични роторни заглаждачи. Процесът на полиране на бетоновата настилка протича от 6 до 18 часа взависимост от времето и площа. Импрегнирането е задължително след приключване на обработката на бетона, за да могат да се запечатът порите му, то може да бъде извършено с материали на акрилна, ацетонова и водна основа. По този начин се предотвратяват прониквания на замърсители в настилката(масла,горива, грес и др.).

Материали

За изработката на Шлайфан бетон използваме:

- заварена арматурна мрежа / метални фибри / макрофибри Сика Фибер 60

- Грунд или полиетилен взависимост от основата

- Бетон C 30/37 по рецепта на фирмата

- Полипропиленови фибри

- Повърхностен втвърдител Sika chapdur или аналогичен.

- Импрегнатор на акрилна база

- Полиуретан за монолитно запълване на конструктивните фуги
