Хидроизолации на покриви и основи

През последните десетилетия синтетичните рулонни хидроизолации тип PVC ,TPO/FPO доказаха своята надеждност. Все повече инвеститори ги предпочитат за нови покриви и особенно ремонтни дейности. Някой ои техните своиства са :

Този тип хидроизолации намира приложение най-вече при изграждане на плоски и черупкови покриви в промишлеността, балкони, зимни градини, тераси, гаражи , подземни съоръжения, басейни, резервоари. На пазара се наложиха:

1. PVC хидроизолациите за плоски покриви, тераси и основи

1.1. Sikaplan и Sarnafil - производство на SIKA LTD и

1.2. Flagon нa SOPREMA GRUP с различни дебелини от 1,2мм до 2мм.

Основни предимства са лесният и сигурен монтаж . Възможността за сигурни детайли около отвори , излази над нивото на покрива.

2.От хидроизолациите TPO/FPO /гъвкав полиолефин/ от 1,2 до 2мм

2.2. TPO Flagon EP/PR

Тези хидроизолации са особенно подходящи особенно за ремонт на стари покриви с битумна изолация поради съвместимостта на материалите , за разлика от PVC изолациите за които се вземат мерки за разделяне на двата материала с геотекстил, поради влиянието на битума при стареенето.
